Access the interface Once you have created your account, you will have the possibility at any time from the interface to configure your kit by clicking on the "Start now" button located at the bottom right of the home page. 3. Configure Podostation Make sure your device is connected to your normal / preferred WIFI network. Access the configuration page. Then follow these 5 steps: 1. Connect your Podostation to the USB port of your computer. 2. Click on “Start search”. 3. Select your usual WIFI network 4. Enter your WIFI password and click on “Connect” 5. Once the configuration is complete, you can close the configuration tab and return to the PodoSmart interface. It will be automatically updated with the equipment management and you can then make acquisitions. Each time you use a different device not configured with your PodoStation or another WIFI network, you will have to repeat steps 1 to 4 and choose “Connection” in step 5.
If your Podostation has already been configured, all you need to do is connect your station to the mains or to an external battery. Then, just like when using your computer, go to https://app.podosmart.tech/ On the other hand, if your Podostation is not configured on the WIFI with which you plan to use it, it is necessary to configure it on a computer beforehand and to connect the station with the USB cable

You can use tethering to use PodoSmart . The first time, you will need to reconfigure your station. Note: On iPhone, when you want to set up Internet Connection Sharing, you need to stay on the Connection Sharing page of vur iPhone. Once the connection is established, you will be able to use your phone normally.
1. Make sure you have installed the driver to use PodoSmart as in this video. Start the search for your Podostation via the interface by clicking again on "Find my Podostation". 2. If after step 1, your Podosmart interface does not find the Podostation, we offer two solutions: To. Configure your Podostation using a Windows computer. Connect to the PodoSmart interface with your credentials, configure your Podostation in the same way as before. Choose the same wifi network that you will use next on your Mac. Once the station is configured, you can return to your Mac, the station will be connected to your wifi. You will then be ready to use the product. b. If you don't have a Windows computer available: i. You have an iPhone: 1. Download the Testflight application from the Apple store on your iPhone 2. Once installed, click on this link via your iPhone and download the proposed application: https://testflight.apple.com/join/1XEYX9U 3. Then open the PodoSmart Configurator application located on the menu of your iPhone then in this application, click on the button: 4. Then click on the button: The requested QRCode can be found on the PodoSmart interface, in the "Your account" page then click on "Obtain the QRCode for configuration" 5. Turn on your phone's wifi 6. Then enter the serial number and the mac address of your station, this information is written on the back of your station. 7. Then click on “Find my station”. The phone will connect to the podostation's Wifi network, you must not intervene on your phone's Wifi during this operation. 8. Once the operation is complete, the application prompts you to choose a WIFI network from a list of available networks. Select the Wifi you want to pair with your station then enter your WIFI password. 9. Your station is now configured. You can go back to your computer, connect to the PodoSmart interface. There are several collection points where you can drop off your soles containing used (lithium-ion) batteries: Stores that sell batteries are required to collect them free of charge. Supermarkets, DIY and electronics stores provide recycling containers. Waste reception centers are also authorized to collect batteries. Town halls, administrations and other public places may also have collection points.
We recommend using disposable socks . The soles can be hand washed with soap or other product.
The soles communicate with the computer only when the acquisition is started and then at the end of it. During these two periods, the soles must be a maximum of two meters from the box. On the other hand, during the acquisition, the soles keep all the information and transmit them to the podostation at the end of the acquisition. A session can therefore even be prolonged outside a doctor's office.

1. To start the update, your insoles must be loaded and saved in the Equipment tab . The orange circle at this level indicates the number of updates to be made. Click to update the soles. 2. A new page appears, choose to update one pair, or all of your pairs by clicking Update All.
For faster charging, we recommend that you plug the insoles directly into a power outlet. Plugging them into the Podostation to recharge them will be less efficient.
Go to the tab facilities, c lick Check status if necessary. The battery level of the left and right soles appears. In case of problem : 1. The Podostation must be connected in order to check the battery level of your soles. To be sure, check on the right, in the Stations section , the status of your Podostation. This logo Podostation signal connected means that your Podostation is connected. This logo Podostation signal not connected means that your Podostation is offline. 2. If the Podostation is not connected Podostation signal not connected , see the section "How do I reconfigure my Podostation?" 3 . If your Podostation is connected Podostation signal connected , and this symbol appears when checking the battery level, it means that the Podostation does not have access to the soles concerned. The reasons and solutions for this problem: The soles are discharged (recharge them) The soles are still charging (unplug them to check the battery level) The soles are on standby (shake them or plug / unplug them)
The complete loading time of the soles is 2h30. The duration of use is 22:30 of continuous activity, knowing that a complete measurement takes between 2 and 4 minutes. If the soles are not used, their autonomy will be approximately 2400 hours.

When opening the PodoSmart interface, it is normal to have to wait a few minutes for the Podostation to automatically connect to WIFI. During use, if you encounter these concerns, we advise you to: - Check that your WIFI is stable, - Make shorter acquisitions, - Connect the station directly to the mains, - Check that the station is not in a environment that could disrupt its operation, in the middle of other cables for example.
The Podostation n e should not nec e ssairement be connected to your computer . C it it must simply be plugged e to be food ed battery (computer, outlet, external battery) . However, for configuration, the station must be connected to your computer. Once configured, as long as your computer and the station are connected to the same Wifi, there is no need for the station to be connected to the computer. Note: If adding a new Wifi, you must reconfigure the Podostation e t so to connect it to my device.
To reconfigure your Podostation, go to the Equipment tab , then to the Stations section and click on the three small dots next to the station you want to reconfigure. Then click on Re-configure.
If you change WIFI, it is necessary to configure the Podostation again.
Make sure the station is plugged into a power source, you should see blue lights flashing from the station. Check that the station is well connected. To do this, go to the Equipment menu , and check that the Podostation icon is green. If there is no green icon, and the station is connected, try refreshing the page. If that does not work, make sure that the configuration has been done correctly, you can reconfigure your station using the following link: config.podosmart.tech If the station has not been configured for an available WIFI, please make sure to do so, by following the following link: config.podosmart.tech Remember to reconfigure your Podostation when you change location.
In the Equipment tab , then in the Station section , click on the three small dots located next to the name of your Podostation. Choose Rename , then once the new name is written, save.
There are two ways to search for a patient record: the search bar and the filter. 1. Method 1: In the search bar at the top right, write the name of the patient you are looking for, it will appear in the drop-down menu below the bar. 2. Method 2: Click on the Patient tab , then in the filter, enter the name of the desired patient, it will appear below the filter.
1 . Click on the Patient tab , then click on the desired patient. 2 . To modify the patient's personal information such as last name, first name, weight, address, etc., click on Edit patient . By clicking on the pen logos, you will be able to modify the patient's pathology, his reason for consultation and his history. By clicking on Add , you can add a new pathology to your patient.

Once the acquisition is complete, the report will appear on the screen. You can also access the report in the Patients tab , select the patient and the chosen acquisition. For walking, by clicking on Angular and on the three small dots then on Detailed results , you will have access to additional results. For the race, by clicking on Analysis , you will have access to additional results.
Make sure you have taken more than 10 steps during the acquisition, if this is the case you can stop the acquisition and refresh the web page. If the problem reappears, please contact us with the error report.
When you are in the acquisition window, you can click at any time on Stop analysis at the bottom of the window.
It is not possible to perform simultaneous acquisitions.

We recommend that you run at a minimum speed of 8 km / h.

Click Stop Acquisition . The Podostation will send the data to our servers for analysis. Once this step is completed, you will be automatically redirected to the analysis of the acquisition.

In the analysis results of an activity, at the bottom of the results, you can leave a comment in the section provided for this purpose. Comments entered in this section will be saved. You can find them at any time with the results of this activity. To leave a comment in the report, once it has been exported, you can leave a comment in the sections provided for these purposes. Comments entered here will not be saved on the interface. However, you can keep them by printing the report, emailing it to the patient and saving it as a PDF.
There are two ways to export an analysis. 1. You can export the analysis by clicking on the Patients tab , then on the row of the chosen patient. In the Analyzes column on the right, click on the three small dots then on Export to have access to the PDF. 2. You can also export an activity, directly via the analysis, by clicking on the three small dots at the top of the screen then on Export .
Click on a patient file, then select an activity. At the top of the activity analysis, click on the three small dots and then click on Compare. Then choose the activity with which you want to compare it.
Click on a walk or run activity. At the top of the activity analysis, click on the three small dots then click on Interpretations manual. By clicking on Interpretations via gait analysis manual, you will be able to download the gait manual. By clicking on Interpretations via Race Analysis, you will be able to download the race manual.
If you use a VPN, it will be necessary to deactivate it because it prevents access to certain services essential to the use of Podostation.
If your URL during configuration is blocked, just go to your antivirus settings and unblock it.
The site is a "tool" site that allows you to communicate with the station via Bluetooth. No personal or authentication information is used on this page. There is no risk.
The only way to directly send the report to the client when exporting in clicked nt on Print as to print the report, but instead of selecting your printer, choose "Save PDF". You can then send the PDF by email to your client.
At the top of the analysis export tab, you can choose whether or not to display your email address and / or phone number on the PDF.
